Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Seconded.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Seconded for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not save or share content you do not have the right to share.

Your content

You retain ownership of the items you save. By marking an item public, you grant other Seconded users permission to view it within the service. You are responsible for the content you save and share.

Plans and payments

Some features may require a paid plan. Plan limits and entitlements are described in the app. Where payments apply, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented at checkout.

Termination

You may stop using Seconded and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

Seconded is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
